Well, the last three years have been so fast. The Covid-19 chaos coupled with substantial pet industry growth has had us scrambling. As a boutique small business, we simply could not keep up with all the changes in real time pertaining to logistics, pricing and costs, availability of ingredients (or lack thereof). Now that the pandemic has subsided, we have caught our breath and in doing so, reviewed our costs. With that being said, there's a great deal that we can no longer absorb.
I suspect you are experiencing shortages at your usual shopping venues while we negotiate new, sustainable ways of doing business. These conversations take time and the big retailers do not move quickly. For that I apologize.
